Hello,

I’m a bit confused about how my appeal is being handled and would appreciate some clarification please.

In my first appeal, I was told there was too much information and advised to submit a new one, which I did. In the second appeal, the response focused only on the title format rather than the content itself.

I’ve checked the complaint rules IMPORTANT - Pravila za podnošenje žalbi protiv administratora i pomoćnika and followed the same format I’ve used in previous appeals, which were accepted, so I’m not sure what I am doing wrong here. Because of that, it feels like the issue may not really be about formatting.

Could you please clarify what exactly needs to be corrected, or have my appeal reviewed based on its content?
