As you can see, I was trying to do some corruption, and I was lucky enough to get the FIB DA in my hands 
. Anyway, as you can see at the end of my pov the second I uncuffed him he cuffed me, which is considered Fail RP and he used his radio even tho i broke it, another Fail RP and on top of that he didn't have a bodycam or enough evidence to arrest me for corruption, which I know its (IC issue) anyway he also cuffed me while i was having my gun out Fear RP
And, as for us non-RP Radio is considered OOC and everything i have said there wasn't used IC at all!

- Was trying to make sure he wasn't FIB (Failed) - (20:18-20:22)
