Reviewed Mute for FL in PC | Bobby Pluxury

Hello,

I am filing this complaint regarding a silence/mute issued to my account by Bobby Pluxury.

I selected Warn in the form because there is no separate Mute/Silence option available.

I am not sure when this punishment was issued or how it happened, but when I rejoined Grand and purchased the battlepass brought my friend in so i could play with my them, I discovered that my account was muted for approximately 4.1 million seconds (around 47 days).

I was told the reason was FL in PC, but I only speak English and do not use any other language in public chat or at all? Because of this, I believe this punishment may have been a mistake, or possibly applied to the wrong account/ID.

I also have an account recovery thread on this forum from a few years ago, so I cannot completely rule out that something may have happened to the account in the past. However, I personally do not speak any language other than English.

I would like to respectfully request that this punishment be reviewed and removed if it was give to me by mistake.

I also apologise for not following the template earlier. I was quite annoyed.

Will be lifted, as it seems this has been applied a long time ago and I cannot recall what the case was but such long mute indicates that you are correct and it was issued by accident to the wrong ID, seems that the time of the punishment and ID was switched around.
