Hi,
I’ve received a fine for « illegal Parking » from officer Dixit Morgan.
Also there’s nothing I could find in the legal code about a section on parking or the 7.1.11 article nowhere.
Farm 1 where I was parked as a salaryman is a private property (see on pictures).
LS police has no jurisdiction on parking on private property unless owner asks for an intervention.
I went to the police office to complain and no one was there to listen to me/explain to me/file my complaint. I was asked to come back later.
I had to finally pay the fine just to stay on the good side of the law (earning points).
No lawyer was available either.
I’d like to know where I can find the full penal code of Los Santos and where can I file a complaint for police abuse.
I’ve felt very very bad for being wrongly accused and I have lost a lot of time in these proceedings for which I hope to be fully compensated.
Otherwise we can say that we live in a country where the government police can freely impede on its citizens liberties.
