2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I would like to be the leader of the Families because I have long been playing and have been able to gain experience. I feel that I possess the ability and knowledge to be able to lead the gang. I aspire to transform the Families into a stronger gang and make the gang the leader in the streets by being the good leader and organizing the roles.
I have also picked together with me a team of deputies and high-command members experienced and committed towards making roleplay enjoyable and engaging to all. Although, there might be conflicts between gangs and legal groups, I will make sure to treat all the situations with respect. Any bad or unacceptable conduct will not be welcome and it might lead to demotion, removal or even black listing.
We welcome suggestions and listen to feedback by players and members of the gang. Good roleplay suggests being in character (IC) as much as possible and only calling admins in case of an evident rule violation. IC should always be the first option in resolving conflicts, promoting problem-solving and negotiation.
Meetings will also be held between the heads of the gangs, the legal gangs, and the high-command members to develop more realistic and in-depth roleplay rather than direct conflict in the streets. Moreover, we will mentor new players by educating them on rules in the server to prevent punishment and have a more enjoyable roleplay time.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make sure that I select an effective deputy that will assist me and guide the gang properly during the term. I want to ensure the gang is more active than LEOs by ensuring that members are active and managing all situations without punishments. will also give out bonuses personally on events in order to maintain a high level of motivation so that the participation is high. My attention will be on winning gang raids, teaming up with other gangs where necessary, and ensuring that members remain committed to the roleplay of crime. Above all, I will listen to my members and respect everyone and avoid abusing the power to ensure that all members feel appreciated and supported.
