Hello, I had previously opened a forum, and it was approved; they said a penalty would be imposed, but no penalty was actually given. These individuals are reportedly still actively playing in the game. I opened a forum regarding a clan and its leader due to the following violations: aiding cheaters, aiding ban evasion, using cheats, and violating GR 1.1. This clan is the Ghost clan. At the time, the family had been newly established about 3-4 weeks prior, but during that period, 2-3 members were banned for cheating and admitted to it. In the in-game family chat, one of these individuals sent a message stating that my friend would create a new GTA account and drop bombs on these people in State Control. Although the family leader, 83733, was active, they did not report this person to the moderator or kick them from the family. They continued to keep members who brought cheating into the family and engaged in ban evasion within the family, and I found the person engaging in ban evasion, opened a forum for them, and they received a penalty.

Later, the clan leader—player number 83733—admitted in the clan chat that a player in his clan who had recently been banned had been banned a year earlier for downloading a cheat, as revealed in the in-game chat.

There are messages containing profanity and insults directed at admins on the Ghost family’s Discord server, yet no complaints have been filed with any admins or reports made regarding this situation.

A member of the Ghost family, after losing while playing in a group, created a new GTA 5 account, enabled cheats, and then entered the family chat using “state control” to announce that he would drop a bomb; however, the leader of the Ghost family, 83733, had not reported this person to the admins in any way.

In this video, a player from the Ghost family and one of the close friends of family leader 83733 was recently banned from Illegal Redux, but it’s clearly evident that he was using cheats. He claims he passed the PC check and told the admins he was clean, but in my opinion, he’s using a cheat by plugging the USB into and out of the computer. The reason is that (when you constantly plug the USB into and out of the game, there are small drops in performance, and the aim automatically locks on).

To get his ban on this forum lifted, he converted his Redux account into a twink account and shared proof; however, the fact that his main account has an ID of 38k while his twink account has an ID of 164k raises suspicions. He appears to be someone who was banned by his family for cheating, which could indicate account sharing; and as someone who has repeatedly engaged in account sharing and ban evasion, he was a member of the Ghost family and had been banned for cheating, yet he continued to actively violate these rules. Last week, I presented my evidence to an admin named Ryan Laswell, who was reviewing the forum, via Discord, and he confirmed he had been banned—I will also share this as proof.

I’d like to give a brief summary: this group is ruining the gaming experience for many players and trying to turn them off the game. It’s not just me—many other players have pointed this out as well. I want these individuals to be punished for all the rule violations they’ve committed.

There was a player with ID 160k who was banned for cheating—I don’t remember their exact ID. I didn’t know they were cheating. After they were banned, they told me they had uploaded a cheat to a server other than Grand RP a year ago. That’s why they said they were banned for cheating. I found out they were cheating after they were banned, but they still told me they weren’t cheating and that they’d used it a year ago. 3. There’s a message in the family chat about throwing a bomb at Turf. The person who wrote this came from Server 2 and passed PC verification—this isn’t cheating. I don’t know the person, but they’re called “our guy.” As you can see in the evidence, I wish they had come or at least opened another account on Come—, but I’m not saying that. I probably didn’t see the message or respond to it. 4. As for whether the person who joined my family was cheating, I can’t say for sure since I’m not a PC moderator or administrator. The person who started this forum was banned for 3 or 4 reasons and I think was added to the blacklist; they were trying to ban players they didn’t like. A friend of a friend with the 49k ID joined from the 1st tier; they’d occasionally come to help with events and logged in and out many times for the bonus. The 160k ID was playing in the clan but got banned for cheating; they said they used it a year ago. That’s all—I didn’t help with any cheating.

You must be out of your mind. I only found out about this after Ryan Raswele got banned for cheating, and what he told me after he got banned was that he had used it on another server a year ago. I told Ryan Raswel this two days ago as well.
