The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Mar Hollow loved gambling. He lost all his money in the casino to Runaan Hollow. Runaan was a bank manager. Mar got very angry and wanted his money back but he knew Runaan had strong support from LEOs so it would be hard to take the money.
Runaans brother Ersan Hollow was in custody at LSPD HQ and Mar knew Runaan often visited his brother. To avoid suspicion, Mar and his gang went to LSPD HQ on motorcycles, acting like normal civilians. They planned to take Ersan as a hostage then they would steal police cars and use them as disguise. After that, they would steal Runaans bank vehicle full of money from Maze Bank (Current arena) by pretending to be police. At the same time, Mars brother Ripper Six, was shopping at the Black Market. Police started an operation and arrested him but when they saw the bank vehicle was stolen,they went to Capitol for negotiation because Mar contacted the LEOs using the radio from the bank vehicle. In the end, Mar had one hostage and the bank vehicle. He went to Beach Market first and set up there. There will be a negotiation then Ripper Six and Ersan Hollow will be exchanged then the shootout will start.
Why this event:
There is a lot of things to do in event, checkpoints negotiation, disguising, shootout so people can have lots of fun.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs: Go to the Black Market and take Ripper hostage, then go to the Beach Market after the admin informs (till that time they can act like they are raiding Black Market for RP) and do negotiation then shootout.
GANG: Go to the LSPD HQ and take Ersan hostage then steal police cars, go to the Maze Bank and steal the bank truck by acting like LEOs and go to the Beach Market for negotiations.
Other organizations involved:
FIB, LSPD, SAHP
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Jugular, police car, collector truck (color will be changed to green) armor, weapon
Admin Requirements:
TP participants to the locations and give them armors, guns and cars, inform LEOs that Ersan is taken hostage and the bank truck is stolen
Rules of the event:
No patching, no drugs, no juices, nothing that can make you stronger than anyone
How is the event won?
If crime side kills all LEOs at Beach Market and be able to steal bank truck and rescue Ripper, gangs win.
If state side kills all gangsters and not let them steal the truck and rescue Ripper + kill Ersan, state wins.
