1 Thanks to the experience I’ve gained through various organizations, I’ve acquired a great deal of knowledge about role-playing, organizational structure, and team leadership. I want to use this knowledge to work with my members to revitalize the Families and make them more visible and respected in the role-playing community.
2 I previously held a senior management position within the organization. I want to take Families Gang to the top because I know how to do it. I’ve seen and experienced firsthand where to start, where to stop, and when to make a move.
3 I want 100% turf and cover the map with Families graffiti
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Our goal is to foster a structured and respectful community despite the challenges of street life. Clear structures, effective communication, and collaborative planning are intended to enhance the roleplay experience. Additionally, every member should have the opportunity to contribute ideas and actively participate in the gang’s development.
