2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
-> The very First thing I want to say is during past a week or so I have attained the level of knowledge (Especially for turfs) which a leader must need to make a good term. I have experience in almost all gangs and all other organizations in the city. I have served as Deputy in most of the gangs currently in families as Deputy, which helped me get a clear vision of how leadership works when the leader is not around . Over time, I've gained a better understanding of how leadership works, how to manage people, and how to handle responsibilities. Therefore, having a good time in the city I made good and supportive friends who will support my throughout the term serving as my Deputies. After getting Term i will start doing activities with my people and spread our name in the whole city of los santos so everyone would know and we will make the ghetto as active as possible if anyone enters our territory they should be feared from us i will push my limits to make my term as terrorist organization, So Everyone would fear by just hearing our names and i have alots of good plans with ballas i made i will use them as soon as i get in my position.
-> As a leader my goal is to continue the expansion of reputation and activity of Bunta across the city and a fear among the leos. I will focus on keeping the organization active by choosing the best high-command team and giving hardcore bonuses throughout the term. Also, I will make sure so one feels leftout under my term!
-> lastly, I want to and will be creating a friendly but disciplined environment with zero tolerance of toxicity and ensure proper roleplay. Therefore, I really want to continue the Dominance of the name of the gang MARABUNTA by dominating ghetto with zero competition, making members respect the chain of command, hosting weekly gang events that gives benefit to the organization and zero acceptance on corruption of high commands on freely giving ranks to units, if found guilty a disciplinary action will be taken towards him. I along with my deputies will not tolerate any favouritism with anyone. Thus, I will be recruiting the most active deputies and my friends in my term who will bring the members that have a good experience in gang activities. I will support the new players by making them host events under my supervision so they know what is a gang abou My aim will be to do maximum number of events like FZ raids, store robberies, hostage situation, ghetto clapping and keep the gang as much active as I could. I will be keeping the highest bonus in my term not just for activity but also considering other major things~! Therefore I have a full confidence on my friends and new upcoming members that they will support me without any single question.I will look into that everyone of our guys are not rule breaking we will do proper rp with fun only not proper also fun so our people doesnt get bored!
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1) I will make sure to choose a capable deputy who can support me and has the knowledge to help lead effectively and achieve a successful term.
3.2) I will make my gang more active than the LEOs, keeping everyone engaged, and handle every situation efficiently without causing any punishments.
3.3) I will ensure my gang completes the term without receiving any warnings and achieves full control, taking 100% of the turf!
3.4) I will personally provide bonuses for every event, ensuring we have motivated members who will give our gang a strong advantage.
3.5) I will make sure we never lose in any gang raid, collaborate with other gangs to take control of the city, and ensure everyone is committed to the criminal life!
3.6) I will make sure to listen to my members, respect everyone, and prevent any abuse of power so that all members feel valued and supported.
3.7) I will try to make effective conversations in Events!
