2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• I have been a part of every gang and worked as high command. I know how the gang fully works and what most common problems come in every gang. As I have gained much experiences I think I am ready to face any difficulties which comes in the way and give my best. And for being a leader I think families is great as it has very great legacy.
• I want to continue and enhance the legacy of families and unite all gangs as one because I see everytime gang killing only each other by which leos get benefitted. I want to make my term the greatest and I know I can do it with the help of my friends as I have been deputy in many top families and been a part of every gang I know many people who are very close to me and will help me to make my the best. I have also planned a good bonus system for my gang members which will keep them motivated to do activities 24/7.
• I will distribute the tasks for every deputy which will reduce the load and each assigned deputy will do their specific work like I will keep one deputy for events like clands, fz raid, battleship. Second deputy for ghetto clapping, doing store robberies and hostage situation. Third dep will be for night time events like subs, informant, car theft,night time clands, etc.. and the last turf will be for turf who will handle all the turf stuffs and do a successful season. By doing these things in gang I will easily complete my weekly tasks and I will try me best to complete the term with minimal warnings

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization

• I will keep people in my gang who will teach gang stuff to the players who are new in city by which they will also get fun and they will do less rulebreaks.
• I will not allow toxicity and favoutism in my gang as I saw many gang disbanding or almost disbanded cause of toxicity and favoutism.
• I have many new ideas to do events in new locations and create tough situations which will be fun for both leos and gangs.
