Hey, I put in a request for an appeal about a mercy killing and I understand it was rejected, However, I just wanted to give some further context on this situation. I am quite new to grand 40 days and its my first rp server so this was my first time in any sort of combat situation. The guy was glitched under the car (for context I was not the person who had killed him) he was the guy who was car ramming me the whole way down the highway which shows this in the POV. But when I found him unconscious I wanted to attempt and patch him so that I could hopefully get a reason why he was ramming me in the first place. but as he was stuck under the car, it wasn't allowing me to patch him as I couldn't select his body I could only select the car. In the POV you can see I only shoot once to his foot which does in fact bring him from under the car but then disappears I wasn't aware this meant he was dead I had thought he was still glitched. If i wanted to intentionally finish the guy I would have continued to fire even when he came from under the car but I didn't which you can see in the POV.
This guy had also harassed me and was calling me names before car ramming me which I wasn't able to capture on pov but this is what made me start the pov recording, this is a constant issue with being a female on the server and I wanted him to be punished for it. I had no intention of even being in any combat or violent situation I just wanted to capture his actions on pov which is why I wanted to revive him.
I now understand that this is still considered wrong and I can promise it wasn't intentional, I didn't mean to kill him only to unbug him and bring him from under the car. I understand and respect your decision but I just wanted to let you guys know my side of the story, I appreciate your time and I hope you can make an exception this time.

This clip shows the same guy that was killed comes back to the scene and continues to harass me and calls me a "bih" which we know is used for "bitch".
