They committed multiple rule violations. I’m not sure if they will stop doing it after receiving a punishment. I’m not very confident about that

It’s the same place but in another video, and the penalties were doubled in the following hours. Should I open a new report, or continue with this one since they are the same people

For the Power Gaming situation, it is a different situation, can raise another forum with the exact time.
After Judgement of the Point of view there is no Direct proof of Meta Gaming.​
