Hello, I received a warning two days ago, but my ban was only lifted two days ago, and the warning I received before the ban is bugged and hasn't been sent. Could you please remove it?

I received a warning before my ban, and then I got banned. When you get banned, all warnings are reset, but mine wasn't.
