I am reaching out again because my previous appeal was rejected for being "AI-generated." I want to be completely honest with you: I used an AI tool to help me translate and structure my sentences because my English is not strong enough to explain a technical situation clearly. I didn't mean to be disrespectful, I just wanted to make sure I was understood.
The truth is, my friend ID 265496 and I ID 264741 were banned a year ago while we were collecting statues together.While we were collecting statues, the vehicle caught fire. When I moved far enough away to re-view the vehicle and then returned, it appeared fully repaired on my screen, allowing me to drive normally. The reason was "Cheats," but we have never used any illegal software or scripts. We believe there was a visual bug or a major sync issue at that moment that made us look suspicious on your screen.
We have been banned for over a year now. If we were actually cheaters, we wouldn't still be here a year later trying to prove our innocence. We are totally fine with a full PC check to show you that we are clean and we have nothing to hide. We truly miss playing on this server and we just want a fair chance to return.
Please don't ignore this appeal just because I used a translation assistant before. We are just two players who were caught in a technical misunderstanding and we hope you can understand our situation.
