As you see in first POV they break GR 6.12 and then come over to LSPD and say they have been provoking EMS for 5 minutes. LSPD chased him out the hospital and he got in a red urus then ID 258766 proceeded to CR and GR 6.5 us all While they was still screaming about doctor doctor. as I've gone to walk away you see 347421 intentionally swerve into me and kill me VDM and GR6.5.

- AT 1.53 he says your a bad cop we have been provoking Ems for 5 minutes

second pov is VDM and GR 6.5 only a minute long so wont time stamp
