Hello,
I am a player on Grand RP Server 1 and I am currently locked out of my account due to 2FA.
Yesterday, I enabled two-factor authentication using an authenticator app, but I accidentally uninstalled the app without enabling backup or saving the secret key. Because of this, I no longer have access to the 2FA codes.
Now, every time I try to log in, it asks for the authenticator code, and I am completely unable to access my account. I also cannot enter the game to use the "M → Contact Administrator" option.
I do not have backup codes or the secret key.
I kindly request you to reset or disable 2FA on my account so I can regain access.
