First of all, I would like you to read this message, Chief. My intention is not to spam; I waited 14 days to open this appeal directly to you. I would really appreciate it if you could spare 5 minutes to listen to me.
Three months ago, I was banned from Helping Chat by Scaroc Pacho. The evidence was presented to you, and you are absolutely right to be strict and clear about this rule when making decisions. However, I would like to point out that my situation is an exception.
From the evidence I provided, it is clear that I did not help them. The response given to me by Mr. Floki was that I did not report these two IDs to the admins. If you check the date of the clipped video that was shown to you, there is a full one-day gap before I got banned. During that time, we had just learned that these individuals were ban evaders. I have proof that I shared this information with my deputy and my leader, and I can provide it if you request.
In other words, I did not have enough time to report it to the admins. Even if I was 100% sure, I would still need proper proof before reporting it, as far as I know that is the procedure. So there was never any intention to hide these two people.
As our Chief, I kindly ask you to reconsider this situation. This is my defense. If there is anything I did wrong or missed in these events, I sincerely apologize.
I truly love this server. I have played here for years, achieved many things in PvP, and met many people. Now I just want to return to my friends if you decide to lift my ban.
