The Beginning — EMS Journey
His first step into public service came when he joined Emergency Medical Services. Starting as an intern, William spent long hours learning the basics — responding to calls, assisting seniors, and understanding the importance of responsibility in life-and-death situations.
EMS taught him something no classroom ever could:
Every decision matters. Every second counts.
Though he respected the field deeply, he began to realize that he wanted to contribute not just in saving lives physically, but in protecting justice at a systemic level.
Transition to Law — Government Entry
William then joined the Government as a law student. It wasn’t easy. He wasn’t the smartest in the room, and many around him progressed faster. But he stayed consistent — studying late, observing court cases, learning from mistakes, and slowly building his understanding of the law.

Each role shaped him. He became known not for flashy arguments, but for precision, discipline, and procedural strength.
Who He Is Today...?
In a city like Los Santos, where power often overshadows justice, William stands as a reminder:
