I enjoy crime RP and gang activities:
Most of my time in the server I spend in crime situations, and I understand how gangs work. I like team fights, planning, and playing with coordination instead of random actions.

• I want to build an active and strong gang:
  Many times gangs become inactive or unorganized. I want to keep Vagos active every day with proper teamwork, communication, and respect between members.
• I can give time and stay consistent:
  I play long hours daily, so I can manage the gang properly. I will be available for members, handle problems, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

1. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:

I would also make sure that every new member is fully trained before joining main activities. They should understand server rules, stay in character, and know how to act in different situations. This helps maintain a high level of RP in the organization.


Communication is very important, so I would hold regular meetings and give clear plans. Every member should know their role in the gang, which helps them act better in RP and keeps everything organized.


I believe in recognizing members who put effort into roleplay. Players who show good and serious RP should be rewarded with higher positions or responsibilities. This will motivate others to improve as well.


As a leader, I will always try to set the standard. I will stay in character, follow rules, and lead by example so other members can learn from me.


My goal is to make Vagos an active and well-organized gang, with strong teamwork and good communication. I want members to enjoy playing together, build good relationships, and create high-quality roleplay that others respect.
