2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1. As I have a lot of experience in illegal organizations and Vagos has been one of the most well-known gangs in Los Santos for a long time, I have always believed that their influence in the city is very dominant. I want to become the leader of Vagos because I feel that I have very good knowledge and a great understanding of how a gang must run. If I become the gang leader, I will make sure that not only in events but also across the city and ghettos, only YELLOW becomes the most dominant color on the map.
2.2. I have leadership qualities and a strong understanding of gangs. I believe in unity, and I can handle my gang members in every situation. I know how to manage stressful situations.
2.3. Lately, I have seen that gang HQs are empty and many gangs are inactive, and I will make sure that Vagos becomes the most active gang in the entire city.
2.4. I want to become the leader of Vagos because I have very strong experience as high command in most of the gangs and I know how to keep members active and organized.
2.5. If I become the leader of Vagos I will make sure we build a strong legacy, and in the future everyone will remember this term as the most active, fair, and well-managed term of Vagos with minimal rule breaks.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
3.1. I would give the highest bonuses in the city because it keeps gang members motivated and confident, helping them perform better.
3.2. A clear ranking and bonus system is important to keep the gang organized and running smoothly without conflicts.
3.3. I will only hire active deputies, high command, and members because I believe quality is more important than quantity.
3.4. I will make sure there is no favoritism or bias when ranking members, and promotions will be given based on their activity and performance in the gang, not because they are friends with any high command.
3.5. I will hire skilled and experienced turfers for the gang to help dominate robberies, gang events, and achieve 100% turf.
