Hello,
I have submitted multiple technical forum requests regarding my 2FA issue on Server EN1 (Account ID: 219228), but they have been consistently rejected due to “insufficient data.”
I have carefully reviewed and updated my latest request with detailed and accurate information, including my character name, account details, in-game balance, vehicles, and other relevant data.
I am currently completely locked out of my account and unable to play.
I kindly request if someone could please review my latest technical request or guide me on what additional information is required to verify my account ownership.
