I was an EMS HR while i was sit on my car near LSPD this ID 148923 give me fine and gave 5 STARS without any reason also without any proof and also same happen today. I was on my apartment and also my character is on Sleeping. While i check i got a Star and also while check on bank the Fine given by the officer's name Adam Bros before his name was Adi Chocobar and Today time of given fine and star is IC 08:20 at that time i have ooc office

I think that's an IC Issue not OOC. You should go to the court for this.
Plus, you might have an arrest warrant on your name with these 2 charges that's why they're putting u on wanted list. That's why you should go to court.
