Hello ,There was a store robbery and we attempted to negotiate However, there were multiple rule breaks during the situation, including opening fire without reason, some members not wearing proper gang outfits

Additionally, the negotiator failed to properly negotiate and engaged in combat. they also claimed to have hostages.

I will attach a POV as evidence for review.
