Rejected Ban for Cheats / River Odds

Hello, a few days ago, I underwent an investigation and computer check in EN2 for illegal Redux usage, but it was deemed illegal because the black screen that appears at the moment of death wasn't visible. I believe the absence of the black screen at the moment of death doesn't affect anything and isn't cheating. What does this have to do with cheating? During the computer check, they only asked me to open OpenIV and put the file there. Two seconds after putting the file there, they said I would be banned for using a cheated Discord server, and then they banned me for cheating. They didn't check Redux in the game or any program. Redux is available on all mod servers, and they all claim it's legal, and they're all legal servers. I can provide proof of this. Could you please check Redux? I can also send other evidence via DM. I didn't use this Redux in EN1, and I changed it immediately after someone said it was illegal. Babi and Okeanos deceived me. They said one thing first, then another. My computer check didn't even last two minutes; they used the computer check as an excuse. I feel very wronged and very upset. I wish the EN1 representative had been there during my computer check.
I am currently banned from both EN1 and EN2 for this reason.
