i got punishment for CR and NLR

after i joined game i just relieazed i got ban for 7 days when i try to check the forums all the videos are private and idk what and when i did please i ask for clearance is it a reason to get ban 7 days ? or i just had 2 more warning thats i got the 3rd warn and i got 7 days ban ? because im new in the server and i dont know those things
