Hello,

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the handling of my support request by the technical administrator known as "Crazy M." Since the beginning of this issue, I have repeatedly received the same vague response without any specific details explaining what is missing or incorrect in the materials that were submitted. Despite providing multiple forms of proof, including screenshots and videos as requested, the responses continue to lack clear guidance on what additional information is required. This has made it extremely difficult to resolve the issue, as I am not being given actionable instructions or specific reasons for the rejections. I am respectfully requesting that this matter be reviewed and that more detailed feedback be provided regarding exactly what is insufficient or missing from the submitted evidence. I am not requesting special treatment—only clear communication and specific guidance so that I can properly meet the requirements and resolve this issue.
