2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna became leader to Los Santos VAGOS because;
1-) I played mostly gang sides and first time ill try to take leadership. Because i trust myself.
2-) Players are only giving rank to their friend. If you dont have friend at high rank you cant get promoted for higher ranks. But im gonna promote players that attend events and know server rules. New players or someone try to gang side with low experience, cant enter most of the gang. But ill try to teach rules so they wont go demorgan.
3-) I saw people are leaving org because they feel they are not seen as valued. But im gonna make that thing never happens. Nobody cant force to join or leave someone from org and they cant kick someone without proper reason.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-) I was at LEOs (FIB, SAHP, GOV) and gang sides. Mostly players are trying to win and they dont care about manners. If i take gang leader, I will never tolerate to toxicty and provoking to LEOs or other gangs. If someone breaks server rules or provokes another org, i will blacklist him/her immediately. ( 0 TOXIC Policy. )
2-) Make sure players are attending all events.
3-) %100 turf.
4-) $11.500 Graffiti Bonus
5-) Try to most Active GANG/ORG at EN3!
