Rejected Anti-Cheat Ban Appeal – New Player

Hello Grand RP Support Team,

Yesterday I tried to log into the game and I received an Anti-Cheat ban message. I was surprised because I am a new player and I do not use any mods, cheats, or third-party programs.

I just started playing recently and I was enjoying the server. Before, the game worked normally without a VPN, but now it only connects when I use a VPN and I don’t know why this happens.

I believe this ban might be a mistake, so I kindly ask you to review my account again and let me know if there is anything I should do to fix the issue.
