ich, Marlon, reiche hiermit eine formelle und schwerwiegende Beschwerde gegen Kathi Tired ein.

Zum Zeitpunkt der Vorfälle war Kathi Tired bereits Senior Administratorin. Dennoch zeigen die vorliegenden Beweise eindeutig, dass sie sich aktiv auf dem Discord-Server von Monika Tired, einer ehemaligen Chief Admin, aufgehalten hat, obwohl diese bereits geblacklisted (gebannt) war.

Beweise:

• Nachweis, dass Kathi Tired dem Discord „Tired Sekte“ beigetreten ist
• Nachweis aktiver Teilnahme, einschließlich Server-Boost durch Kathi Tired

Dieses Verhalten ist in keiner Weise akzeptabel. Eine Person in der Position eines Senior Administrators sollte sich strikt von geblacklisteten Personen fernhalten. Stattdessen war Kathi Tired nachweislich auf dem Server einer gebannten Ex-Chief Admin aktiv und hat diesen sogar unterstützt.

Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um ein Missverständnis, sondern um ein klares Fehlverhalten, das gegen die Grundprinzipien von Integrität, Neutralität und Regelkonformität verstößt.

Besonders schwer wiegt, dass Kathi Tired mittlerweile die Position des Chief Admin innehat. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wie eine Person mit einem solchen Verhalten in eine derart verantwortungsvolle Position aufsteigen konnte.

Dieses Verhalten wirft ernsthafte Fragen bezüglich der internen Kontrolle und der Konsequenz bei Regelverstößen im Admin-Team auf.

Ich erwarte eine vollständige, transparente Aufklärung dieses Vorfalls sowie angemessene Konsequenzen.

Dear Lebron,

I, Marlon, am submitting a formal and serious complaint against Kathi Tired.

At the time of the incident, Kathi Tired was already acting as a Senior Administrator. However, the provided evidence clearly shows that she was active on the Discord server of Monika Tired, a former Chief Admin, despite Monika Tired already being blacklisted (banned).

Evidence:

• Proof that Kathi Tired joined the Discord server “Tired Sekte”
• Proof of active participation, including server boosting by Kathi Tired

This behavior is completely unacceptable. Someone holding the position of Senior Administrator is expected to strictly avoid any contact with blacklisted individuals. Instead, Kathi Tired was actively present on the server of a banned former Chief Admin and even supported it.

This is not a misunderstanding but clear misconduct that contradicts the principles of integrity, neutrality, and rule enforcement.

What makes this even more severe is the fact that Kathi Tired now holds the position of Chief Admin. It is difficult to understand how someone with such conduct could be promoted to such a high level of responsibility.

This situation raises serious concerns about internal control and consistency in enforcing rules within the admin team.

I expect a full, transparent investigation of this matter and appropriate consequences.
