Dear Admin,

I was on my way to a family event. Then a man came from behind in a sky blue car and started hitting me repeatedly with his car.
As you can see 16:14 This guy hit my scooter with his car and tried to kill me.Then I got back on my way, thinking that guy might have accidentally hit me with his car. But you can see this guy came with his car just to kill me.I somehow saved my life and went to my family members. But at 16:15 you can see as soon as I got off my scooter this guy tried to hit me again with his car .And when I looked at the forums about this guy, I noticed that this guy had tried to kill many people before.Such as RDM, VDM and CR I hope you give this guy the harshest punishment because he is breaking a lot of rules..
