Jack Blupinkerton growing up lost both of his parents due to a shoot out in Chicago because this happened he would do anything to find out who did it his brain was also messed up at a young age due to slamming it on a table which he needed to get a new brain which gave him an IQ of 200 which is way above genius to be able to survive. He lived in the hood so he had a gun plug who hooked him up with tons of heavy guns and he carried them around every where he went. Since he had a high IQ his neighbor was the top shooter in the city he taught him how to win a 2v1. and how to learn people voices and keep it in his mind since he has a 200 IQ.
Once in the city
Once Jack Blupinkerton met his new parents at 18 years old he was dedicated to find the gang who killed his parents and slammed his head on the table. He learned how to drive off-road with a non off-road vehicle at the age of 21 due to his passion for driving off-road as a kid in his toy- car and he wanted to learn how to do it in a Ferrari Once he was old enough he was able to join LSPD.
Upon joining LSPD
Jack Blupinkerton upon joining LSPD he was able to get to be a protector for the state. He learned a lot about the legal system and learned how to get away with stuff. When he finally got his job as a LSPD Agent he went through a ton of training which allowed him to fight back in a 1vs2. Also he needed to protect the citizens of Los Santos at all times, he can have his radio on him 24/7.To make sure no one his harming the los santos citizens He keeps his guns from the government on him at all times because he needs to protect the citizens of Los Santos at all times as an LSPD Agent so he works in and out of uniform when necessary. He still is looking for the killer who took his parents away from him. He has found out more clue that they are somewhere in Los Santos and that the gang who killed his parents is somewhere in the ghetto.
joining a family
these family members were very skilled with guns they were all once in gov and know how to shoot with amazing aim they are after this gang and now they know what gang it is after getting evidence off the other gang members. But before they could do this he needed to be able to rob them if necessary to find evidance from these gang members on which person it was and how he would get them back.
Outcomes
1. Jack Blupinkerton can take on a 1v2 due to his experience in training in the LSPD
2. Jack Blupinkerton can receive bribes up to 20K maximum.
3.Jack Blupinkerton can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
