I submitted my personal biography today, and everything was in accordance with the rules, but it was rejected for a ridiculous reason: my life story was shorter than required. Yet, when I asked the AI about my life story, it indicated it was 495 characters long. I kindly request that it be reviewed again, or instead of waiting 72 hours, I would like to submit a new one immediately, adhering more closely to the rules. I really don't want to wait 72 hours. Thank you.

The life story should be 200-500 words (not characters).
Your word count is 90, your character count with spaces is 517. Where exactly is this ridiculous?
