On the 23rd of this month, I encountered another player during a mountain event. I assumed he had arrived before me, so I killed the opposing player and left the area. Despite this, he still received the reward. I had my own POV recorded.


However, I was not aware that a player with ID 526929 had opened a forum thread requesting my POV. I was not informed by anyone, including my family member, and I did not receive any in-game message from the admin regarding this request.


Today, a major update was released in the game along with the GC event, and I was focused on the new content. Also, since I was unable to log into the game for a short period, I deleted files older than two days, including my POV, without knowing it would be needed.


This is my third time writing on the forum, and I want to show that I am taking this situation seriously. I understand the importance of providing POV when requested, and I sincerely apologize for not being able to submit it. It was not intentional, as I was never informed about the request.


I kindly ask you to reconsider my situation and review my ban. I am willing to fully cooperate in the future and make sure this will not happen again.
