Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been involved in this project for about two years during this time i have seen many players who needed help and i tried to support them as much as possible i also noticed that some processes like forum reviews take longer than expected and this can negatively affect players i want to become an administrator so i can be more helpful in these areas

I can be impatient sometimes especially when things take too long
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can communicate effectively with players and explain rules clearly. I am able to stay calm under pressure and handle reports fairly. I can also make quick decisions and help resolve conflicts between players when needed.
