Dear Administration,
I am writing this to appeal the permanent ban on my account regarding the "Multiple Social Club accounts" claim. I have previously attempted to appeal this with 20 screenshots of evidence, which was unfortunately declined. However, after further investigation on my part, I have realized the technical cause of this detection.
The Situation:
A at that time, my personal computer broke down and was unusable for a period. During this time, as I didn't want to lose my progress and property in the server, I accessed my account from a close friend's computer.
The Technical Misunderstanding:
I now understand that because my friend also plays GrandRP, our accounts were linked to the same Hardware ID (HWID) and IP address during that period. This is likely why your system flagged me for having multiple Social Club accounts.
Points of Clarification:
Single Ownership: I only own and use one Social Club account for myself. The 20 screenshots I provided earlier show my consistent use of this single account.
Temporary Access: The access from a different PC was a temporary solution during a technical emergency (broken PC) and not an attempt to create multiple accounts or bypass rules.
Verification: I am fully prepared to undergo a PC check proof to show that I am the sole owner of my account and that the other Social Club detected is not mine.
I have spent a significant amount of time and effort on this server, and I have always tried to follow the rules. I kindly ask you to reconsider this situation as a "temporary hardware overlap" rather than intentional rule-breaking.
