Hello,
I am filing this complaint regarding the warning issued to me by Administrator Moe Pluxury for GR 6.21.
I am appealing this punishment because I was not aware that taking a bulletproof car in the ghetto was not allowed. It was a misunderstanding on my part, and I did not intend to break any rules.
At the time of the incident, I used the vehicle without knowing it violated the rules. I now understand the rule clearly, and I will make sure not to repeat this mistake in the future.
I kindly request you to review my case and consider removing the warning. I assure you that this will not happen again.
