I was doing my office task, when i saw this guy unconscious, got down my car to see if i had any medi kit in my car trunk to help him when these idiots Showed up out of nowhere rest there are so many rules breaks which were difficult to Count, like ,

RDM - Killed me without any Demands.
Fail Rp - Searched without permission without valid reason
PG - The corrupt guy was saying his RP commands after doing the actions
harassment of civilian without reason
Use of Heavy weapons on an unarmed civilian
Denial of Detaining officer to be present during arrest and provide a lawyer, He decided to do naruto walk instead of RP

TS 0:40 -- Start of Situation
TS 1:12 -- RDM by LSPD
TS 1:52 -- detained
TS 4:38 -- asked for a lawyer
TS 6:50 -- detaining officer doing naruto walk and denied to provide lawyer and bodycam
TS 7:20 -- Corrupt officer enters the scene
TS 7:55 -- PG by corrupt officer, saying commands after actions
TS 8:40 -- Corruption starts
TS 9:32 -- Officer admits He is Corrupt.
TS 10-13 -- He breaks my hidden bodycam

I hope they will be punished for their actions and i have already taking Action ICly to get compensation for my Time and money which I have to spend to get a clean background, i was going to join Government Tommorow

Upon reviewing the evidence i have decided the following
No GR 6.15 is considered in that situation as you entered an on going Fight
No pg for saying it later or not saying the command as it shows up on your screen about the action
ID 201881 have corroupt bio in his out come its allowed to do certain action
However
ID 163415 Will receive the punishment for MG+Mixing
