My fam had a solar panel farm on a rooftop in vespucci a Heli had been circling for a while and we gave him the demand to leave and he didn't he was hovvering right over our heads nearly killing us. We sent a shot out to him and he went but then came back so we gave him demands again and he went. Next thing I know, Hazza who I know in game and also know that he's not apart of any family came to the roof top, I had my gun pointed at him and told him to leave the area, he refused to put his hands up and also refused to leave the area. at this point he wasn't a threat as he had no weapon out. when I tried to go back down the ladder I missed and fell and died. My other fam member saw me and came to try and revive me but ID 465608 (Hazza) Mk'd me. Before this even occurred I had put in an admin ticket to make sure I followed the correct procedure.

Also the second fam member he mk'd it was also rdm as he wasnt in any sort of rp interactions with him but he killed him anyway.

Not for RDM you haven't you never engaged in RP with the fam member you killed and mkd also its fear rp as you had a gun pointed at your head and was given demands and you never even roleplayed.
