I've submitted this complaint three times and got rejected each time. In my first complaint, I mentioned two different incidents with their exact violation times in the video. The admin rejected the whole thing because of the first incident.


In my second complaint, I clearly wrote to ignore the first part and check the second incident at the 30-second mark, with full description. It was rejected again.


In my third complaint, I removed the first part completely and simply asked why I was rejected twice. The admin rejected it saying "complain with a description."


I'm confused. If you're not going to read the description, why do you ask for it? And if you are reading it, what was wrong with my second complaint? If you're not going to check the violation time, why is it a requirement? And if you are checking it, why did I get rejected?

I'm being respectful and just trying to understand what you actually need from me.
