About two months ago, I received a punishment related to anti-cheat. At that time, I opened a forum appeal because I did not fully understand the situation. After that, my punishment was changed to GR 1.4.
I have submitted several appeals to remove the ban, but unfortunately without success. I have already served my punishment, and when I tried to log into my account again, I found that it is still banned for "Napal Anti-Cheat".
Additionally, I was informed by Mr. Nik Payne that my punishment would be changed to GR 1.4, but my Social Club account is still blocked.
I kindly ask you to review my case again and consider removing the ban from my account. I truly miss the city, my friends, and my family who are waiting for my return.
