So I was in a situation where my colleague had a NG guy in custody at DOC. A guy from GOV came over and starting everybodys ID at the DOC, which he has no authority to do so according to the IC rules. He asked for my ID apparently and my pc shutdown for some reason may be automatic update idk tbh. I flew back in and showed my ID to his high command his deputy governor who was standing right next to him and stayed there for a while. If I had intention of leaving I would have left the DOC or refused him to show him my ID. What possible advantage I had to just CL, doesnt make sense. and the clip shows here that I flew back in and showed my ID and continued the RP situation.
I would consider this to be a misunderstanding on the admins part but definitely deceiving on the ID 511332 part. He knew I came back and showed my ID and he still reported me by showing the half clip. But the most important part is he had no right to ask for my ID in the first place according to the IC laws. So its irrelevant if I had to or not. but I still came back and showed my ID to his high command.
The last problem I have is if there are two people talking or having a conversation, and If one of them gets code A, does that subject to him for a CL punishment. If I was getting arrested or tased or getting chased then yea that would have made more sense that I might have done this on purpose to avoid trouble. but while a conversation apparently nobody is allowed to have code A ? or crash or whatever. I think 6.2 should be amended. Its an RP server of course people will have code As, but the punishment must be based on If that interaction was of enough significance that the person might have done it to gain advantage. what advantage was I getting from this situation? I would have completed my demorgan time by the time this appeal will be reviewed. But please have admins to look into matters in details and not briefly so peoples evening dont get ruined.
