As u can see that guy was breaking rule hence in order to take the evidence for this rule break I had to go after him and do UB Driving. I had no other choices left other than going after him to capture the proof of his rule break. And I did the same thing and then reported his rule break here on forums but instead it backfired me I am punished for UB Driving.
