Dear Lebron Pluxury,
I am writing to formally escalate my case and respectfully request your direct involvement, as I did not receive a fair resolution in my previous appeal handled by Bobby Pluxury and Kevin Balenciaga.
I have now been banned for nearly two weeks and have followed up consistently. Despite providing evidence, I believe my case has been misunderstood, and I am currently being held responsible for accounts that are not mine.
I want to state this clearly and firmly: I have only ever used two accounts my main (ID 94065) and one twink (ID 153494), which I created recently during the Grand RP birthday event. I have never created, owned, or used any additional accounts.
Regarding the IDs in question:
- ID 144865: I have already provided bodycam evidence where this ID and my main account are seen active together at the same time. This makes it logically impossible for the account to belong to me.
- ID 125768: This account belongs to an individual who lives in the same building as me, which may have caused confusion due to network proximity. However, I want to make it absolutely clear that he has never logged into my PC, and I have never accessed his account. We use separate devices entirely. He also no longer plays Grand RP. I am willing to provide proof to confirm that this account is not mine and was never created by me.
I use a single PC and one social account. None of these additional IDs were created by me or through my credentials.
I already accepted my past mistake under GR 1.1 and even agreed to a money wipe. However, changing the case to GR 1.4 and linking accounts to me without conclusive proof is something I cannot accept, as it is factually incorrect.
The current decision to unban only my main account while keeping other accounts banned still reflects that I am being held accountable for violations I did not commit.
I respectfully request a proper and thorough reinvestigation of my case based strictly on factual evidence. I am fully prepared to cooperate and provide any further proof required. I am not asking for leniency, but for a fair and accurate judgment.
I trust that you will review this matter objectively.
