Marcelo was born in a forgotten village in the mountains of Lebanon. His mother died during a military raid, and without a father or family, he was sent to a corrupt orphanage near Beirut where kids were exploited and abused. Marcelo learned quickly to trust no one and rely on nothing. By the age of thirteen, he vanished without a trace.
He resurfaced among street kids led by a former soldier, where he learned discipline, how to use weapons, and how to survive. By seventeen, he was secretly running black-market operations through northern ports, known only as “The Phantom.” When a deal went wrong, he fled the country hidden in a cargo ship, arriving in San Cascara.
Starting from nothing, Marcelo infiltrated a powerful paramilitary gang and took control through strategy and manipulation. However, he wanted more than street power. He made a deal with federal authorities, trading information for a clean identity.
Now known as Marcelo Amoraa he joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol, rising through the ranks with precision and intelligence. Behind the badge, he quietly rebuilds his empire, using the law not to stop crime but to control it from within.
Outcomes :
1- Marcelo can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2- Marcelo is able to sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the blackmarket, as well as sell classified information. (not org weapons)
3-marcelo can torture/interrogate for information and can use truth serum to get true information. ( using /try command twice per situation).( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 ),
4 Marcelo can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe)..
5. Marcelo can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as going in ghetto and kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat.
6- marcelo can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
7- Marcelo can add or remove wanted stars and criminal records for bribe ( With Sufficent RP)
8-marcelo can search for bodycam, twice per situation by (/try searches for bodycam) if found, can break it by (/do breaks the bodycam)
9 marcelo loyalty to the his family and friends who saved his life allows marcelo to free them from prison by aiding them to initiate a prison break or using the darknet task.
