I am submitting a new appeal regarding my ban, which has now been changed to GR 1.1.
I would like to clearly state that I have never used any cheats, third-party software, or unauthorized programs.
At the time of the ban, I was at the driving test area. I interacted with the NPC and clicked twice in a row, after which I immediately received the ban.
I believe this situation may have been misinterpreted by the system or staff, as I did not perform any actions that would give me an unfair advantage.
I am providing video evidence of my POV, where it can be clearly seen that my gameplay was completely normal and without any rule violations.
I respectfully ask for a thorough review of my case, as I am confident that this ban is a mistake.
