Hello,

I have been enjoying this game for many years. During a recent PC check last month, everything seemed fine at first, but then I was told that I would receive a permanent ban for “cleaning.” I respectfully deny this accusation, as I do not believe I have done anything wrong.

As I mentioned, I have been part of this game for years and have always tried to play fairly without making mistakes or violating the rules. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and, if possible, lifted.
