2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be become a leader of LSPD cause of lots of reasons. One of them is the experiences i've had within years and this experiences helped me to become who i am right now. And with these experiences, i will try to help everyone as much as i can. I want to raise new leaders those will be professional, plus they will be loaded with knowledge. I also want to teach them to do their job in the best way possible. I do think that with my experiences, i can help our citizens and our LEO's in the best way possible. I've made a lots of mistakes in this journey and i dont want anyone to do it again. Even if they will do any mistakes, i will always try to teach them what is their mistake and how can we get over with it. The reason i want to help them comes much and much more because i wanted to be a leader for a long time but i wasnt having that much experiences. In my opinion, being a leader requires to help each others, improve your organization and the city with ur leadership.
2.2 I want to lead LSPD cause i've had so many memories, experiences and funny moments with the organization. I also want to maintain; patrolling city, protecting our citizens, towing, arresting to keep our citizens safe from criminals. I want to build a organization which everyone gets what they've really worked hard for. Everyone deserves a chance to get promotion, receiving what they deserve. And with that every officer will stay motivated and they will try their best to keep their activity. I will also maintain to keep our officers having fun with their organization and doing their job while having fun. In my opinion some other organizations are mostly focusing to keep everything straight but in my opinion, everyone should have fun while knowing what are they doing, what they are capable of and how they can enjoy while being in my organization. I will choose my deputies which will not ignore anybody, they will help them however the situation or the question is, this includes me too. I will try to help my units as much as possible. I will definitly not be a leader which does not do anything and giving all burdens to their deputies. With this, i will try to ensure we will have an active units. In my organization, i dont want newbies to be afraid of the leader or their high commands. They are here to help them not scare them away. We need to teach them and help them with whatever they need. One more thing, i want laws to be upheld in my organization, not broken or defied.
2.3 I want to lead LSPD to ensure our city is safe with our officers procisiding our law around the city. I want all of my high commands to follow our citys law and ensuring our officers are following citys laws too. I need my high commands to be elite units, which means that they are always following Chain of Command, I.R.R., citys laws, etc. If anything happens, they should always help our officers with their knowledge about I.R.R and laws of the city. With this, i want our high command team to endure everything important. I wont hire people as high commands who dont know anything about being an hc but being hc because of their previous ranks. If any of my high commands are failing to improve their department, i will demote them personally. I will also make an hc interview to get promoted to DHOD and that interviews will be leaded by Chief of Staff and above. Also in my term, to become a Chief of Staff or above will require an interview again. My Chief of Staff and above will be overviewing departments and they will make department reports every end of the week to ensure our organization is running as how it should be. If any department will seen as failing to do their job, they will be dismissed from their rank and will be dropped to Commander. As for another thing, i want to change my deputies after two weeks. The reason is; i want to give everyone a opportunity to become a deputy, so they can get experienced. I dont want to keep same deputies till end of my term. And the one of the real reasons why i am applying is, favourism. I've experienced favourism almost every single organization i've joined. Leaders changes, procedures changes, but favourism never changes. It will always be a really big problem for state organizations and as a leader i will never, ever tolerate favouritism. Whoever will do favouritism in my leadership, they will get dismissed instantly. Even if they will be my deputy, they will get dismissed. No excuses.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 As for improving rp level in my organization, i have a lot of plans to produce. But first of all, i want to ensure that we are having a great communication with other organizations. If we will have a great communication, we can lead situations in the best way and protect the city a way better than it was before. This will include Checkpoints with other organizations, S.W.A.T training with NG, and lots of more to produce. For an example while we are conducting a checkpoint our traffic enforcement officers should always help our other units to how act in a checkpoint with this everyone will be experienced. If there will be a 10-15 at that checkpoint, we should give that suspect to our probation officers and our HRT members should help those units to proceed that suspect.
3.2 Also for another idea to improve my organization, i want my HRT team to be professional and doing their job in the best way. I want them to review our trainee's Phase 1, 2 or 3 as soon as possible so if any of our trainees made a mistake, they can help them. As i explained on the below, i have a plan to produce but i have a one more thing on my mind too. I want to give max bonuses whoever is helping our trainee's with their training. Cause sometimes they cannot understand if they are doing it right or not. In that moments, they should always help them out. I will add our high commands to that bonus channel so they can also help them and receive bonuses while helping our trainees. HRT should always make a one open recruitment per day. To ensure that they are doing at least one time a day, our COS+ will check them everyday and will report me and my deputies at the end of the week.
3.3 I want to make sure our traffic enforcement is always active within the city. So to make sure they are always patrolling, towing cars in the city, we will try to make an activity check every one hour to see if they are active or not. If there is no one patrolling or towing, we will instantly make a convoy for a tow raid and keep it active as much as possible. For traffic enforcements activity, we will give a lots of bonuses for towing cause as i saw, no one does towing in LSPD. Everyone is just sleeping in the HQ or hanging around in the parking while doing nothing. We need to ensure that our TE Officers are always towing or patrolling, so to ensure that we will try to give more bonuses than it was before. For Public Relations i want them to do one pr event per day. To ensure that if there isnt anyone available to make it possible our COS+ will conduct it. For my Special Task Force, i want them to do at least 1 ammo run per day, so with that we will keep up our activity and our ammo at the highest level always.

4.1 S.W.A.T : We will have a specialist teams for S.W.A.T and all of our S.W.A.T members will be professional and coordinated. Our Specialist S.W.A.T Teams will be; Overwatchers, Direct Action Section, Tactical Maneuver Group, Asset Protectors
Overwatchers: They will be our air support team. They will always respond situations with their helis. This unit will be always coordianted with Direct Action Section(Our Rushing Team). Basically, they will help us to get air support whenever we need. Their Heads will be; both supervisors for S.W.A.T
Direct Action Section: This units will be our rushing team. They will always needs to be Professional. This units always needs to act coordinated with every single one of our S.W.A.T departments. Their Head will be, Head of S.W.A.T
Tactical Maneuver Group: This will be our flanking team. This units can act like Asset Protectors when there is no need for a flanking team. But when we need them their head should gather them, make a plan and let our officers know so they can act according to their plan. Their Head will be Deputy Head of S.W.A.T
Asset Protectors: This team will be our defending team. This units will always watch over our back from getting flanked and they will also push after our DAS team to protect them and help them as much as they can. Their Head will be, Second Deputy Head of S.W.A.T
4.2 Public Relations:
I wont be changing PR that much but i want to open our PR suggestions channel to all LSPD Officers. Overviewers for PR(HOD, DHOD and Supervisor) will be explaining our units in that channel how to make an suggestion and with that we will have a lots of suggestions. Also overviewers for PR will check if the suggestions are valid to make it happen or not.
4.3 Internal Affairs:
I want my Internal Affairs to be occur and professional in the best way possible. IA is one of the most important department in LSPD and i want it run, like how it should be. With that our COS+ will review their work every end of the week within details. They will send those reports to me or my deputies. If any mistakes will happen by any of our IA agents, there will be consequences. For our officers to ensure their bodycam is valid and moving like how it should be. Our IA agents, should check every single one of our units. I dont want my officers to get in trouble because their bodycam is invalid.
4.4 Traffic Enforcement:
For Traffic Enforcement, i want them to do checkpoint at least 2 times in a day. I want them to do at least 1 tow raid a day. One of our officers should always go for towing and patrolling(exception: any situation is there so we need to prioritise that situation).
4.5 Human Resources & Training:
For Human Resources, i need them to be occur always. I dont want any excuses. They should always check everything while hiring or firing anyone. They should always check everybodys logs when we are gonna conduct a promotion ceremony, so with that we can give promotions and we can see that if our officers are doing their job how it should be. For this logs check, i want to create a new channel so our hrt members can use that channel and give reports for our officers. Every hrt member will make their own thread and post their reports on there. Also there will be a big bonuses for whoever is doing the log checks.(bonuses will be calculated by each hour.) Also for HRT i have one more idea on my mind. I want to create a one more channel and that will be our reception logs. In reception logs, HRT will receive bonuses per every hour for their hiring or firing.
