I would like to explain my situation clearly and ask for your guidance.
I currently have two accounts, and both of them are banned. One of them is considered a twink account. I understand the server rules regarding this, and I take full responsibility for my past mistakes.
It has been around 7 months since the ban, and during this time I have seriously reflected on my behavior. I am now fully committed to following all server rules strictly and avoiding any violations in the future.
I would also like to mention that in the past, I contributed an idea related to improving realism on the server (crypto payments in darknet), which was later implemented. I am not using this as an excuse, but to show that I genuinely care about the server and its development.
Additionally, I am facing a technical issue: the email associated with my original main account has been compromised, and I no longer have access to it. Although I can still log into the game account itself (since the password has not been changed), I cannot secure it properly and I cannot guarantee its safety in the future.
At the moment, I only have reliable access to my other account, which is considered a twink and is linked to a secure email. I understand that according to the server rules, unban or consideration is usually applied only to the main account. However, due to this situation, I would like to ask if there is any possible or allowed way to treat this account as my main account, since I no longer have proper access to the original one.
I simply want to understand what is the correct and allowed way to resolve my situation according to server rules, and if there is any possible path for me to return and continue playing in a fair and respectful way.
I am fully willing to follow any instructions you provide and to comply with all rules moving forward.
