2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

i) . I have been playing this project from 1 to 2 year and have experience in legal orgs time and I have spent most of the my time in legal orgs. I was in EMS as HS , SAHP as detective , government as DCS and LSPD as chief of staff, I have gained a lot of experience as chief of staff of state organisations. Now, I want to lead as a leader of LSPD
ii) . It was always my dream to be a leader of LSPD and now I am getting a chance so I wanna become and fulfill my wish by becoming the LSPD leader. We are all aware that the quality of roleplay is declining because so many people routinely violate it. I'm here to make it better.
iii) .I want to lead LSPD because I can build a strong team to lower crime in the San Andreas. I would run multiple patrols throughout the city.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

i) . To maintain the smooth flow of the functioning of LSPD, Me and my deputies will constantly monitor every Officers and every department.

ii) . Promotions ceremony will be done every week to promote the people of ORG

iii) . I will choose Best Officers of the week and give him good bonuses so that everyone works hard to achieve it and also I will give them bonus from my side

iv) . We will hire the best HR team for our Officers to get best training and will hire the dedicated people who can do Work with LSPD​
