Hello,

Dear Higher-Ups,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to address my recent ban for “illegal redux.”

Yesterday, my PC was checked by Ronan and Markus, and no cheats or unauthorized software were found. I want to sincerely state that I have never used any such tools. However, I understand that I was banned for illegal redux, and I am truly sorry for that situation.

This is my first offense, and I respectfully ask for another chance. I have seen cases where other players were given an opportunity to return, and I hope I can be considered in a similar way.

For reference, I am sharing a couple of forum threads where players were unbanned:

You completely removed Grass xD, its illegal bro, you removed an object from the game, we don't know about how inside the ocean water looks,im guess that's gonna transparent too.
